Shipping & Delivery
Cameo Collection offers white glove delivery service on all our furniture at a cost based on the delivery location. We also ship out of the Country where higher shipping rates apply.
Our skilled team will deliver and bring your furniture into the room of your choice. All required assembly will be done by our experts, and placed in the desired location, and unwrapped. All waste will be taken away and removed from the premises by our team.
Our delivery team is hired to deliver all the new furniture only. The room would need to be vacant for them to easily maneuver and place the new furniture. All items that are in the way would need to be cleared to avoid any damages and/or injuries.
Due to liability reasons, our delivery team will not be able to move any existing furniture on the premises, nor can the furniture be taken away or disposed.
Shipping rates are calculated based on distance, number of pieces and installation time required. Please refer to the chart below for details.
Leadtime for our items are between 6-8 weeks from time of order and depending on stock of raw materials. Once the order is completed and all items are ready to ship, our customer service team will contact you to set up a date for delivery. A delivery windows of 4 hours is required on that date. Appointment time cannot be set for your delivery.
All Invoices must be paid in full at the time of delivery with the payment method of your choice. Our delivery team will help facilitate the payment process.
