Lead time (In-store purchases)
Your upholstered furniture (custom or standard) will be manufactured and delivered to your home in approximately 3-4 weeks. Delivery times may vary. Cameo Collection is not responsible for any delays caused by fabric mills.

Terms
To process orders and begin production, we require a 30% deposit at the time of purchase. Accepted forms of payment include Certified Check, Cash, Visa, MasterCard or Interact. The remaining balance must be paid upon delivery.

Storage fees
Any undelivered items stored for more than 8 weeks after the specified delivery (or pick-up) date on your contract will be subject to a 2% warehousing fee. This fee will be charged on the total value of your order excluding taxes and shipping.

Order Cancellation
After signing your sales contract, you're restricted to a 48-hour window to make any modifications or cancellations to custom-made and/or standard orders. Please carefully verify fabric/leather selections, dimensions and details before signing as contracts are binding. Cameo Collection will not be held responsible for any incorrect measurements provided by the client and/or designer.

Returns
We do not accept returns.

Local Delivery
Our delivery service includes set-up and placement of new furniture. We charge a standard delivery fee of $75.00 (+ taxes) for the Greater Montreal area. Additional fees will apply for deliveries outside of Montreal and will be based on the distanced traveled from the factory to the delivery address. If you live outside of Montreal, please contact us to find out the delivery fees to your area.

Pick-up Details
Please contact us 24 hours in advance to confirm your pick-up. Remember to bring a copy of your invoice when picking up your items.

We deliver on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. A 3-hour window is required to allow sufficient time between deliveries. If no one is home to receive your delivery, additional charges will apply. Delays or cancellations may occur due to weather or traffic conditions.

Customers are fully responsible to ensure easy access by clearing doorways, entrances, hallways, stairways, and elevators. Please remember to reserve an elevator if necessary and move any pets to a spare room. To ensure the safety of your items and our delivery team, please make sure your driveway and walkways are free of snow and ice.  Cameo Collection will not be held responsible for hiring a crane or for any additional work that occurs during delivery. This includes removal of doors and windows, dismantling and/or moving of existing furniture. Any additional costs must be paid in full.

To ensure damage-free transit, we thoroughly inspect every item and carefully wrap it in plastic. Please make sure to inspect your items at the time of delivery. It is your responsibility to make any necessary claims for damages or defects before the delivery team leaves your home (excluding final-sale items). We will not be held responsible for any damages thereafter.

International Shipments
We'd be happy to take care of your shipping arrangements or you can organize your own freight carrier. Clients are responsible for paying any additional charges required to clear products into their countries such as customs fees, import duties, brokerage fees, and government taxes. Advanced arrangements will be made for these furniture orders, which must be invoiced and paid-in-full. Third party shippers will be held responsible for any damages incurred during transit. Cameo Collection will not be held responsible for shipping delays.

Please inspect your furniture upon arrival and make any necessary claims for damages or manufacturer defects to Cameo Collection. It's the client's responsibility to make any claims to the transport company.
