Payments:
We require a 30% deposit at the time of purchase to process your order and start production. We accept certified checks, cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Interact. The remaining balance is due on delivery.
Storage Fees:
Storage fees of 2% will be charged on any items remaining undelivered for longer than 8 weeks after the specified delivery (or pick-up) date on your sales contract. These fees will be charged on the total value of your order excluding taxes and delivery fees.
Cancellations:
Clients will be limited to a 48-hour window to make any changes or cancellations to purchases of either customer-order or standard products once their sales contract is signed. Cameo Collection will not be held responsible for any incorrect measurements provided by the customer and/or designer.
Returns:
Cameo Collection does not accept returns.
Floor Models and Liquidation Items:
Purchases of floor models, sale items and liquidation items are non-refundable and constitute a “final sale”. Cameo Collection does not have a price matching policy and will not modify the terms of its sales contracts to issue price adjustments.
Products:
Our showroom products can be ordered in a wide variety of fabrics and leathers. Certain items shown on our website may no longer be available or on display in our showroom. They may be out-of-stock, end-of-line or sale items.
Pricing:
Cameo Collection reserves the right to change or modify product specifications and pricing without notice. We make efforts to have clear and consistent pricing. However, discrepancies between our online and in-store pricing may occur. Cameo Collection will not be held responsible for any discrepancies.
Please note that:
The pricing description “Starting At” designates a base price including standard fabrics and options.
The pricing description “Regular Price” refers to an upholstered item that’s priced as shown (same fabric and upgrades as photo).
Our prices do not include federal or provincial sales taxes which will be added at the time of purchase. Our pricing is in Canadian dollars. Additional delivery, handling and/or transport fees will apply.
Colours:
Colour variations can occur due to differences in screen resolution. Cameo Collection cannot guaranty the accuracy of colours shown online. Nuances and variations in dye lots, textures and colours can occur in all fabrics, leathers and wood samples.
Cameo Collection reserves the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies. We will not be held responsible for inaccuracies or typographical errors in our product descriptions or prices.
Extra Fees:
An additional fee of $75.00 will be charged without notice for any deliveries requiring disassembly.
An additional fee of $75.00 will be charged for a technician to visit your home for any items not under warranty. Additional fees will also apply for any parts required.
