Frames:
Cameo offers a lifetime warranty on frames, a 3 year warranty on mechanisms, swivels, rockers, spring systems, and mattresses under normal residential usage. This warranty does not cover damages caused by negligence, misuse, repairs by others, or accidents. Because of the craftsmanship involved and the natural materials used in the manufacturing process, minor variations will occur from one piece to another from floor samples, photos, and newly crafted merchandise. Any modifications or repairs made by others on our Cameo furniture will void the warranty.

Foams:
The foams used in our Cameo sofas are of high quality. All seats and backs are made to last for many years of use, keeping its resiliency. However, foam, polyester, fibers and other fillings will soften over the years. This is considered normal and not a defect. We advise not to remove your covers from your cushions, and not to wash fabrics to keep its original beauty. We offer services on your seats and backs to either freshen them up, or change the inserts to bring your sofa back to its original state. Additional fees will apply.

Fabric:
Cameo offers a 1 year warranty on workmanship and defect on our fabrics. This warranty does not cover fading and pilling. We also do not cover cuts, holes, burns, damages caused by pets, and sun exposure. We have carefully chosen our fabrics in our store gallery, offering the best quality for upholstery under normal residential usage. We offer a total guard stain resistant treatment at the point of sale to help protect your furniture from stains that are hard to remove. We advise that fabrics be cleaned by professional cleaners only, for best results. Do not remove covers for cleaning.

Leather:
Leather is warranted for 1 year from date of delivery against, splitting and seam splitting. Leather contains natural markings from animals, brands, color, grain variations, or wrinkles and are considered normal and not defects. Leather is natural and no two cow hides are the same. Fading, stretching, wrinkling and dye lot differences are not covered.

Handling:
All furniture is inspected carefully and wrapped in plastic before leaving our factory. Please inspect your furniture upon arrival and make any necessary claims to the driver. It is the consumers responsibility to make all claims before the driver leaves. We will no longer be responsible for damages thereafter.
