Lead time (In store purchases):
Your finished standard or custom upholstered piece is delivered in 3-4 weeks. Delivery time may vary or delay depending on fabric availability. Cameo Collection is not responsible for fabric manufacturer’s delay.

Terms:
A 30% deposit is required at the time of purchase in order to begin furniture production. Payable by Certified Check, Cash, Visa, Master Card, and Interact. The remaining balance is due upon delivery in which same payment methods reapply.

Warehousing fee:
A 2% warehousing fee is applied on the total value (excluding taxes and shipping) on all items past 8 weeks of the specified delivery or pick up date of the contract

Order Cancellation:
Modifications and cancellations to custom-made and/or standard orders cannot be made past 48 hours of the contract. Cameo Collection is not held responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the client and/or designer.

Returns and Cancellations:
We do not accept any returns.

Local Delivery:
Delivery service includes set-up, and placement. A standard delivery fee of $75 (+ taxes) is applied within the greater Montreal Area. Additional charges apply on any deliveries outside Montreal and is based on the distanced travelled from the factory to the shipping address. Please contact Cameo Collection for charges in specific areas.

Customers may also pick up their order.

Delivery dates include Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. A delivery date will be set up within 2 weeks past purchase and a 3 hour window is required on delivery day to allow the driver sufficient time between deliveries. Additional charges apply, if no one is present to receive the delivery. Delays or cancellation may occur due to weather conditions.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all item(s) clear doors, entranceways, hallways, stairways, and elevators for its final placement. Cameo Collection is not responsible for any additional work that occurs during delivery and additional costs must be paid for in full. These charges include such as removal of doors and windows, dismantling or moving existing furniture.

All furniture is inspected carefully and wrapped in plastic for damage-free transit before leaving our factory. Please inspect your furniture upon arrival and make any necessary claims for damages or manufacturers defect to the Cameo Collection. It is the consumers responsibility to make any claims (excluding final sale items) before the driver leaves. We will no longer be responsible for damages thereafter.

International Shipments:
Customers may specify their own freight carrier, or we can arrange the company for your order. Customers are responsible of all additional charges such as custom duties, brokerage fees, and government taxes to clear the products into the country. Furniture is shipped pre-paid with advance arrangements and invoiced. Third party shippers are responsible for any damages incurred in transit. Cameo Collection is not responsible for delivery delays. Please inspect your furniture upon arrival and make any necessary claims for damages or manufacturers defect to the Cameo Collection. It is the consumers responsibility to make any claims with the trucking company.
